Standard Level (Free for 28 days from product purchase)

  • E-mail support to our support team
  • Remote Diagnostic Support
  • Premium rate number for support calls at £1.50/min

Bronze Level (Subject to a support contract)

  • E-mail support to our support team
  • Remote diagnostic support
  • Telephone support (2nd Line)
  • Software Upgrades

Silver Level (Subject to a support contract)

  • As for the Bronze level support contract but also includes:-
  • Remote configuration support
  • Out of hours support by prior arrangement
  • Hardware Warranty (repair or exchange)
  • Discount pre-configuration cost

Gold Level (Subject to a support contract)

  • As for the Silver level support contract but also includes:-
  • Cost reduction for on-site visits
  • Ongoing management of reported issues:-
  • Handling and investigation of automatic alarms generated by equipment.
  • Handling and resolution of customer reported problems.
  • Notifying end users of issues and resolutions.
